Intro to Yin Yoga

A slower-paced style of yoga. Learn the focus of Yin & a few yin poses

- Sleeping Butterfly

12 Minute Stretch ​

Full body stretch with the main areas of focus:

- Legs (hip flexors & hamstrings) 

- Ankles, Feet & Toes 

Great for after running or work out. Have a few cushions & blocks (or books) available for support if you are less range of motion.

The alignment, position, tips to avoid injury & then link them together to create a flow sequence.

My first online yoga session. Starting with some breathe works, warm-up & then get into the flow with a variety of sequences. Rounding off with a cool down & savasana.
